3. Services

 

The Design Hut specializes in vehicle wraps, vehicle branding, office branding, and related design and application services. All services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion.

 

4. Quotations and Payments

 

            •          Quotations are valid for 7 days, after which they may be subject to change.

            •          A deposit of 50% is required before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

            •          Full payment is required before delivery or release of any products or services

• Payment is required in full for any clothing or merchandise before the order will commence.

 

5. Product Quality and Installation

 

We guarantee that all materials and installations will be performed to the highest standards. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 3 days of the installation, and we will work to resolve any issues.

 

6. After-Care Instructions

 

            •          After the completion of any vehicle wrap or branding installation, we will provide you with detailed after-care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the product.

            •          Failure to follow these after-care instructions may result in damage to the product, and no guarantee can be given regarding the product’s durability or performance if these instructions are not adhered to.

 

 

7. Returns and Repairs

 

            •          In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship within the guaranteed period, we will repair or replace the affected product at no additional cost, provided that the defect is not due to misuse or failure to follow after-care instructions.

 

8. Cancellation and Changes

 

            •          Any changes or cancellations to a project must be communicated to us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of the project.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

            •          We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

            •          Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

 

10. Liability and Risk for Items Left on Premises

 

Clients leave their vehicles or other personal items on The Design Hut’s premises at their own risk. The Design Hut is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings while in our custody.

We highly recommend that clients ensure their own insurance coverage for such risks while their property remains on our premises.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, images, and branding materials created by The Design Hut remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of South Africa.
